Through OPIT's eight-week, English-language internships, students gain the substantive overseas professional experience and intercultural communication skills demanded by today’s global market. Participants can choose a placement in a variety of fields, including democracy building, human rights, education, technology, gender issues, journalism, public health, environmental protection, and social services in 17 countries in Southeast Europe, Eurasia, the Baltics, and East Asia. No foreign-language study is required, apart from a requirement for intermediate level Chinese for placements in Taiwan. 

At least 18 years old, Good academic standing, Minimum GPA of 2.7, No foreign language skills required
